Our Genesis
“In the beginning…” during the year 2021, I was privileged to work for a Prophet, who has a well-known ministry that is established in just about every country in the world, and during my time there I felt led to sell my home. However, owing to ever-increasing inflation and cost of living, it was with great sorrow that I was forced to hand in my resignation.

However, owing to ever-increasing inflation and cost of living, it was with great sorrow that I was forced to hand in my resignation.
Many challenging months later, God allowed the completion of the sale of my home in 2022.
Still, there was one tiny problem: I had nowhere to live, nevertheless, I continued to rely on God's direction and visited Portugal. I ended up making a partial purchase of a cherry farm in Fundao, trusting that God would make a way to pay the rest in full.
Whilst I was in Portugal I met a beautiful woman called Cristina. All I needed to do was: get the Portuguese Visa, complete the purchase of the farm, and make the woman of God my wife. So in March 2023 by God's Grace and the help of family members, biological and church brethren, my help mate and I were able to get married.
But then disaster struck, and my visa was declined. There was no way to work on the farm, and the harvest was spoilt. Our dreams were shattered, and we found ourselves living in a flat, in the United Kingdom during winter, with no central heating.
We had very little income, and barely enough to survive on each month. But by God's grace, like Abraham, we did not consider the natural circumstances and continued to trust in God that He would make a way back to the farm, after all, we were in His will for our lives, right?
Every day, we put our best foot forward, planning, and plotting, we were working towards our goal. Putting endless hours into the vision by way of creating a website, text, content, graphics, and storylines for YouTube videos — but somewhere during this process, the goal had become tainted with fleshy excitement, business ideas of the world: our goal was now reliant upon how WE could obtain finances and how WE could do this that or the other.
We lost Christianity in its simplest form: to be what God created us to be, and do what He had purposed for us to do in our life. We had a 1 Kings 19:9 moment.

Cristina and I decided we wanted to experience God in every area of our lives.
After experiencing all of the above, our vision for the farm in Portugal was proved until every small detail of the project, and our life was aligned to God's Word through His: leading, process, provision, and timing. He truly uses every situation to work for our good.
We had no way of moving forward, but then by God's grace, money was released in December 2023, and we were able to take our second giant leap together. Moving our whole life from one country to the other (without the promise of completing the purchase of the cherry farm). After we landed in Portugal, things seemingly got harder, the purchase of the cherry farm didn’t go through as hoped for.
But our God showed us grace (unmerited favour), and mercy and gave us a different farm. A farm with more land to carry out the vision He put in our hearts throughout this journey.
So my wife and I concluded: As our Lord Jesus makes so many agricultural and farmer references throughout His Word. It’s no coincidence that He has made us farmers with a mission.
Like everyone who Christ calls to himself, we are not our “job titles”, we are not what “others” label us, but we are first and foremost, Ambassadors for Christ, in: our jobs, our callings, our ministry, our personal life, on YouTube, and in EVERYTHING we do.
That’s why we have named this movement Ambassadors Calling. It’s more than a: vision or mission -it is who we are all created to be, with a mission of sowing seeds of encouragement and exhortation into people's lives by way of sharing our journey, testimonies, and the Word of God in our own expressive way.
